Participating Organizations Resource Page
Welcome! This page provides support for new and re-enrolling Arts for All partners.
Starting August 2026, the Regional Arts & Culture Council page for Arts for All now redirects to this website.
All partners must complete the Partner Agreement form to verify their listing. This is the same agreement RACC sent out earlier in 2026, but is now held with Arts for All PDX. Signing ensures that your affiliation will continue without interruption.
Questions? Email info@arts4allpdx.org.
- Q: What is the Arts for All program and how does my organization sign up?
A. Arts for All is an opt-in program where local cultural organizations offer $5 admission tickets to SNAP/EBT recipients. This website is a centralized resource for accessing information about the different organizations.
Active participants include Venues, museums/galleries, theater companies, musical organizations, performance groups, and others with ticketed admission.
Organizations may enroll in the program at our Partner Agreement page.
- Q: My organization was enrolled in Arts for All with RACC. Do I need to re-enroll?
A. Yes, all organizations need to re-enroll in Arts for All by filling out the new partner agreement (signed August 2026 or later).
While there are no significant changes to this agreement to the one RACC sent out earlier in 2026, it is now held with Arts for All PDX. Re-enrolling ensures that your affiliation will continue without interruption.
If your organization was previously listed with RACC and is no longer visible on this site, please re-sign the Partner Agreement to restore your listing.
- Q. How many tickets (minimum/maximum) should I offer per SNAP/EBT card?
A. Arts for All recommends offering a minimum of 2 tickets (at $5 each) per eligible form of identification (valid SNAP/EBT card). We recommend offering a maximum for 4 tickets (at $5 each) per eligible form of identification.
- Q. Do I need to offer Arts for All tickets to all of my events? How many per show?
A. All Arts for All PDX partners are asked to provide Arts for All tickets for at least one event each season.
The number of tickets offered per show is at the organizer’s discretion, but we request that sales numbers are measured and reported for impact tracking.
- Q. Can the Oregon Trail Card be used to pay for Arts for All tickets?
A. No. Tickets should be purchased in the same way(s) that you accept payment for other tickets to your events. Partners may choose to sell tickets in advance (phone/online) or at the box office.
- Q. Who can I contact if I have questions about participating in the Arts for All program?
A. To reach the Arts for All PDX team (Pat Zagelow + Michelle David), call 503-802-9425 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
- Q: Where can I download Arts for All marketing collateral and how can it be used?
Download a full folder of Arts for All PDX graphics here.
The Arts for All logo may be used for promotional purposes by enrolled organizations offering Arts for All tickets to the advertised event.
