Information for Organizations

July 2026: Welcome to the new Arts for All PDX site!

This page provides support for new and re-enrolling Arts for All partners as the Regional Arts & Culture Council transfers the program to Arts for All PDX.

Starting mid-August 2026, the RACC page for Arts for All will redirect to this new website.

All partners must complete the Partner Agreement form to maintain their listing. This is the same agreement RACC sent out earlier in 2026, but is now held with Arts for All PDX. Re-enrolling ensures that your affiliation will continue without interruption.

Please note that our current site lists all current RACC agreement holders. Once the transfer between RACC and Arts for All PDX is complete (August 2026), we’ll only list those organizations that have a current agreement with Arts for ALL PDX.

Questions? Email info@artsforallpdx.org.

Q: My organization currently enrolled with Arts for All with RACC. Do I need to re-enroll?

All organizations need to re-enroll in Arts for All by filling out the new partner agreement. This agreement is the same one RACC sent out earlier in 2026, but is now held with Arts for All PDX. Re-enrolling ensures that your affiliation will continue without interruption.

Update July 2026: Please note that our current site lists all current RACC agreement holders. Once the transfer between RACC and Arts for All PDX is complete (August 2026), we’ll only list and promote those organizations that have a current agreement with Arts for ALL PDX.

Q. How many tickets (minimum/maximum) should I offer per SNAP/EBT card?

A. Arts for All PDX recommends offering a minimum of 2 tickets (at $5 each) per eligible form of identification (valid SNAP/EBT card). We recommend offering a maximum for 4 tickets (at $5 each) per eligible form of identification.

Q. Do I need to offer Arts for All tickets to all of my events? How many per show?

A. All Arts for All PDX partners are asked to provide Arts for All tickets for at leave one event each season. The number of tickets offered per show is at the organizer’s discretion, but we request that sales numbers are tracked and reported for impact tracking.

Q. Can the Oregon Trail Card be used to pay for Arts for All tickets?

A. No. Tickets should be purchased in the same way(s) that you accept payment for other tickets to your events.

Q. Who can I contact if I have questions about participating in the Arts for All program?

A. To reach the Arts for All PDX team (Pat Zagelow + Michelle David), call 503-802-9425 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
